Always have a little birdie on your shoulder.


Hello everyone,

Hope you are all well out there,

Today I have a painting done on wood for you. Actually,this one is not from my recycled chest of drawers this time but from a piece of Balsa wood I think it was, from Hobbycraft.....a pound...bargain!!




All hand drawn and painted. The flower and background circles are my some of my newly carved stamps.


Actually on the subject of drawing/painting faces, Jane Davenport's new book,Beautiful Faces, is beyond wonderful,worth getting if you want to start doing your own arty face stuff ;)

    Oooh this is beautiful Donna, loving your newly carved stamp images. Your girl's eyes are so sparkly and glisten and i adore her multi coloured hair. Fantastic painting on wood which is a fantastic substrate isn't it! :-) xxx
