Knock on Wood
Hello everyone,
Yes you've guessed it.....another creation on wood! Sadly though I've only got one piece left from my recycled chest of drawers but never fear hopefully a DIY centre will have some I can buy! What a pity I can't make anything with copious amounts of moulted cat fur but thats another issue.......
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Mixed Media Monthly, A Year of Choices......I've chosen May Flowers
Take It, Make It, Texture (I've painted on wood)
Simon says Weds, Use a Favourite Technique/Product ( I've painted on wood with acrylics)
That Craft Place, Anything Goes
Decoart Paints, Decoart Media Misters, Faber Castell Gelatos and Big Brush Pens, Tissue Paper, Stencils are: Tim Holtz, Crafters Workshop x2, Stamps are Dina Wakley and Inkadinkadoo, Tim Holtz Small Talk Sticker sentiment, Stabilo All black pencil and Signo white pen.
Hope you like it

Your picture is gorgeous Donna and again, such a beautiful contrast between the background and the main subject. Love the deep red of the flower. You could always send your cat hair off to be spun and knit a sweater with it ;)

The wood queen strikes again, another fabulous painting and love how she is nestled in the poppy. A stunner but no more than I would expect from my favourite artist!

Love your imagination. And the background you've created is so cool looking. I'm so envious. For great backgrounds I always have to cheat using scrapbook paper as a base to start with. You can always start tearing apart more funiture.
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing ..... love the background, and the girl in the poppy is just stunning! Thanks for joining in with the Craft Stamper Challenge ..... good luck! Linda xx
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Donna! That image with the girl in the flower is just fabulous and as usual, your background is just filled with interest and wonder! hugs :)
