I have just received 2 stampotique stamps, was supposed to be 3 but the original people I ordered from let me down so anyway I only have 2 now but wow they are gorgeous lumps of red rubber on wood....doesn't take much too make us happy does it?!
I thought I would have another go at the painted industrial technique, which is one of the best, everything looks good with metal tape doesn't it......although with an ultra furry cat around it can sometimes can get a bit tricky!
I would like to enter this in the following challenges:
This is my 2nd entry for CC3C,Painted Industrial, which is generously sponsored by Inspiration Emporium here
Craft Hoarders Anonymous,Who's the Boss here
Tag Along, Steampunk here
That Craft Place,Anything Goes here
Try it on Tuesday,Things with Wings here
Distress paints,metal tape,alcohol ink,crackle paint,real rusty tin wings,rusty wire,rust powder,found relatives image,Tim Holtz embossing folders,die cuts and various other bits and pieces.
Hope you like it
Donna x

Wonderful!! Love the metal and all the combined embellies!
ReplyDeleteThat metal look really is fun. That's a sweet child image and I love all the wonderful details you've added to this tag.
ReplyDeleteI love your steampunk creation, Donna! That image of the baby is pure sweetness. Your combination of elements--paper, metal and paint--works so well here. Thanks so much for participating in the Tag Along challenge this week!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the leave the light on! So clever, and that baby is the cutest! Gorgeous tag! Thank you so much for joining us in our metalicious challenge at CC3Challenge!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, Donna, I love this! The combo of industrial with lovable tot works brilliantly and that sentiment is perfect with it too: I love the elements you've used on the tag! I know just what you mean about furry moggies! Our girl's hair gets everywhere; but I've been getting strands of my own hair stuck to projects lately too, so I must be molting as much as our cat, Daisy!!! Julie Ann xxx
ReplyDeleteThis looks fabulous Donna. So much loveliness to look at and very creative. In answer to your question on my calendar journal- I just use a sketch book for my pages and the calendar journaling is a group on facebook where you can create a new page each month and share. Great work Donna, I am left wondering what the baby is dreaming! I share the furry cat problem especially at the moment, hair everywhere. First thing when I get in from work is to change trousers before I sit anywhere. Nikki xx ps I try to ban her from my study/craft room but fail miserably xx
