Hi everyone,
Friday today....YAY! I must say I am nearly bankrupt now with the amount of art supplies that have been coming through my door lately! Just received Mr Holtz's 3rd book so having a great time looking through that. Unfortunately, looking at all your lovely blogs can lead to more purchases as well,I have just bought a memory box stencil that I saw before but never thought of buying until I saw it used on Lin Browns blog....dangerous thing looking at blogs!
Anyway,a tag for you today using metal as that was the criteria for Craft Hoarders Anonymous,Metal/Glass challenge here
Kaisercraft stamp,distress inks,handmade UTEE heart.
Nice weekend everyone.
Hope you like it

mmmm....yummy background! I can tell you have been having fun with Mr. Holtz' new book! The repetition of all the key images is wonderful...and I love the image of the "keeper." Are these the keys to your heart? Thanks for joining us at Craft Hoarders Anonymous!

What a great look with all the keys! Your Dymo-labeler words are the perfect sentiment (Note to self: More words on tags; they're cool), and they give it a more modern edge. Can't really figure out how you made the heart, but it's neat to have an element that isn't readily obvious. That mask is a real eye catcher and beautifully stained. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words Marcie. I love using words on my tags, somehow pulls it all together. The heart was made with UTEE poured into a mold I made from mold and pour from a little rusty tin heart that I have and coloured with embossing powder.
